Online Patient Portal
Access your patient portal to review your lab results, communicate securely and directly with Dr. Bradt or her staff, upload documents for Dr. Bradt to review, update your current supplements and medications, enter vitals, review handouts and much more.
If you are a current patient of Dr. Bradt and have a patient portal account, your login and password will remain the same in her new practice, though you will receive a new login link by e-mail in early September.
If you are a current patient of Dr. Bradt and do not yet have a portal account, please contact Insight to update your contact information and receive an invitation.
